    Turnkey Assemblies

    Many of our customers use us for more than just their cabling and electromechanical assembling needs. From sheet metal to motors to box builds, Dicar is pleased to offer full turnkey assembly to our customers. Contact us to find out more about what we can do for you.

    Engineering Services

    At all stages of product development or project life-cycle, Dicar can provide you with valuable engineering expertise. From prototype design, component verifications, to production model, our engineers and technicians will be there to support you with documentation (includes 2D/3D CAD drawings, part lists, assembling diagrams, etc.), design supports, on-site prototype installations & harness routings, and more. Simply tell us what you want to achieve, and we will help you get there!

    Kanban Programs

    For those "I need it now" moments, Dicar offers managed Kan Ban programs. In a Kan Ban program, we work with a customer to determine a level of finished goods and a back-up level of complete kits in raw goods form. The finished goods await release by the customer and, once released, are replenished with the back-up kits as specified by the individual contract.

    Fast Turnaround

    We know there are times when you need your assemblies as quickly as possible, and we strive to help you with your urgent needs. Depending upon material availability, same-day or next-day deliveries are not uncommon. If it can be done, Dicar will do it for you.

    Local Delivery

    Time is of the essence-and Dicar saves you time by offering delivery to our local customers. Why wait to have it shipped? Our drivers make several deliveries to multiple locations each day.
